Do I need a router, an access point or a switch?

A router connects your home or office to the internet and makes the WiFi. An access point adds more WiFi from a cable, for a bigger floor or another room. A switch adds more wired ports so desktops, printers, NVRs and cameras can plug in. Most small offices need a router plus a switch; larger floors add access points.

Which networking brands do you sell?

TP-Link, H3C, Uniview (UNV) and Jovision, for which we are an authorized supplier, plus D-Link and HRUI. TP-Link covers routers, Omada access points, switches, extenders and the OC200 controller; H3C covers WiFi 6 routers; Uniview covers Gigabit and managed PoE switches; Jovision and HRUI make 8-port PoE switches for CCTV.

What do I need for an IP CCTV camera network?

A PoE switch, so each camera gets power and data on one network cable. The Jovision JVS-S10-8P-120W and HRUI HR903-AF-82Y-80 each power 8 cameras and have an Extend mode for cable runs up to 250 m at 10Mbps. For bigger sites, the Uniview NSW3000 managed switch has 24 Gigabit PoE ports.

Yes. We help configure routers, access points and switches, and with drivers for adapters. Tell us your internet connection, the size of the space and how many devices you have, and we will suggest what fits.
