What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and photo.
• Order details: delivery address, items, payment screenshots and order history.
• Reviews, questions and messages you send us.
• Technical data: your IP address (to stop abuse such as repeated login attempts) and the cookies that keep you signed in.
• What is typed into the site search, without anything that identifies you, to improve search results.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders, and to keep your account secure.
• To send order and account emails. Offers and newsletters are sent only if you subscribe, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share only what each service needs:

• Couriers: your name, phone and delivery address.
• Service providers that run the site for us: email delivery, image hosting, website security (Cloudflare), Google sign-in and, if enabled, Google Analytics.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can see and update your details in My Account. To have your account deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, contact us.
