Biometric attendance machine price in Nepal
Model | Log in by | Holds | Connects by | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Fingerprint, face, palm vein | 1,000 users, 100,000 records | LAN, USB | Rs. 15,000 | |
Face, fingerprint, IC card | 1,000 users, 1,000 cards, 150,000 records | LAN, WiFi, USB, Wiegand (door lock) | Rs. 15,000 |
Deli ES172: for staff attendance only. Palm vein helps when some staff have worn fingerprints. Sits on a desk or mounts on a wall.
Deli ES602: attendance plus door access. It adds ID cards, WiFi and a Wiegand connection to a door lock controller, and checks that a real person, not a photo, is in front of it.
Both recognise a user in about one second, keep the records on the machine, and send them to the attendance software over LAN or USB.
USB fingerprint scanner price in Nepal
A USB fingerprint scanner plugs into a computer and works with your own software: bank and cooperative KYC, secure login, and biometric registration.
Model | What it captures | Certified | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
One finger, 500 DPI optical, IP54, Windows, Linux and Android | FBI PIV, FAP10 | Rs. 10,500 | |
Ten fingers: 4-4-2 slaps and rolled prints, 500 DPI, IP65 | FBI IAFIS, FAP60 | Rs. 82,000 |
The MFS500 is the usual choice for KYC and login. The MORPHS takes all ten fingers, for enrollment and registration projects.
Iris scanner price in Nepal
Iris scanners read the eye instead of a finger, with no touch, so they work for people whose fingerprints are worn or hard to read.
Model | Captures | Certified | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
One eye | STQC | Rs. 28,000 | |
Both eyes at once, IP65 | STQC | Rs. 58,000 |
Attendance machine or USB scanner?
An attendance machine works on its own on the wall: staff log in and out, and the software turns the records into attendance reports.
A USB scanner has no screen or storage of its own. It needs a computer and software that supports it, such as a bank's KYC system or a registration application.
Fingerprint, face, palm vein or iris?
Fingerprint: the cheapest and most common. Can struggle with worn, dry or dirty fingers.
Face: no touch and quick for a queue of staff. The ES172 reads faces from 0.3 to 2 m away.
Palm vein: reads the veins under the skin, so worn fingerprints do not matter.
Iris: very accurate and touch-free, used for identity registration rather than daily attendance.
